Many people ask what it takes to become a StarChild Academy franchisee.  Our experience has shown that the key attributes that are needed include:

Proven people management skills to manage a staff of approximately 50 employees.
Customer service and interpersonal skills to deal with several hundred customer families each day.
Time and energy to devote at least 40 hours per week to operating your StarChild Academy school.
Liquid assets of at least $750,000 to $1,000,000.

What qualifications do I need to operate a StarChild Academy school?

From our standpoint, you must have the time to devote to managing a StarChild Academy school.  Prior business experience and management skills are definitely an asset.  It is equally necessary for you to meet the licensing requirements determined by your state.  Most states have licensing procedures, which must be followed by the franchisee and director.  We will help you step-by-step in the licensing of your center.
